Carolyn from the very beginning was professional and very knowledgeable about the area and where to begin the process. Getting all the information together for myself and three out of state siblings was a feat in itself. She definitely took the time and laid out the process and the best course for us to sell quickly, and we did. I have and will recommend her to everyone looking to sell or buy in the area. I look forward to working with again when needed.

Great experience working with Carolyn. She was my advocate throughout the buying process. Her professionalism, courtesy and proactive approach made everything go smoothly. I would highly recommend her expertise.

Carolyn was an immense help in selling our house. She is patient, kind and went out of her way to make the sale of our house possible. Would recommend this competent realtor.

Carolyn was excellent! She showed the house several times and we were in the middle of COVID, she was respectful of both our needs and the potential buyers needs. She was very persistent in getting finding a buyer for us and it was sold in a manner of just a few months!

Carolyn was a pleasure to work with. I took all her advice and she was 100% correct on all her ideas and suggestions. She is extremely responsive to calls & texts. If I were to buy in this area I would use her, and if you are going to sell your home, you should use her.

In such a challenging market, Kristen was very strategic and patient as we searched and searched for the perfect home for our family. She was very thorough, professional while still personal to our needs. Kristen always made herself available. She made the process easy and I would use and recommend her many times over.

Kristen is an amazing realtor. She was there for us from initial listing to closure. Answering questions, resolving issues and guiding us through all the intricacies of the real estate world. She is a true professional and someone we unreservedly recommend.

I had a great experience buying with Carolyn, she went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Even after an issue at closing was adamant about helping and protecting my interests.

Kristen Remling was a tremendous asset in the sale of my home. The house went under contract the first day of the listing. They marketed the property beautifully. The contract was solid, and everything went smoothly right through closing. I would recommend Kristen and the MacEvoy Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Best Realtor!! very professional understanding, caring.

Carolyn was great to work with. We were out of state sellers so Carolyn had to be at the property not just for potential buyers but also for coordinating fix ups, clean ups, meeting contractors and follow ups. She did this all smoothly and professionally. I'd happily work with her again.

5 STAR Responsiveness, 5 STAR Negotiation Skills, 5 STAR Professionalism & Communication, 5 STAR Market Expertise

Carolyn Mac Evoy was friendly, attentive to detail and professional. She handled all of the selling of my villa and handled any problems that came up. She made the sell easy. She protected my property as well. I will use Carolyn again. I recommend Carolyn.

Carolyn Mac Evoy was a charm to work with concerning my residencial property. She hit the nail right on the head with the property pricing. And, was able to bring the buyer along throughout the process. I highly recommend Ms. Mac Evoy for her expertise in the realty field and would hire her again and again.

Carolyn was very on time and informed on showing times, that way you could plan the day around a showing time. Also, very informative if you have a question that was a concern to the listing or closing. Thank you Carolyn Great job listing and selling my home.

Carolyn is as friendly as she is professional. She was in touch with me throughout the selling process, from the listing and pricing experience, through presenting offers, finally accepting an offer and then the closing activities. Couldn't ask for a better salesperson.

Carolyn listened to my needs and answered all my questions and concerns. She was always right on top of things, always friendly, and always helpful. She is now my trusted advisor and friend. I highly recommend her services for all your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed.

Carolyn was simply a great person to work with. Her knowledge and understanding of the real estate market was very comforting and her tenacity reassured us that she was the right person for the job. Without a doubt, I recommend her without any reservations.

Carolyn did a great job of advising me on the steps I should take to prepare the property before listing. She combined her knowledge of the market with almost 20 comparable properties to come up with the listing price and convinced me and (and the buyer) that the property should sell very close to the listing price, which it did. She was a good communicator and very responsive throughout the entire process.

Carolyn was a pleasure to work with. I was out of state and she kept me well informed and went the extra mile to prepare, show and sell my property. She helped me navigate the sale process and was very professional and personalable. Overall a great experience with Carolyn.

Carolyn MacEvoy is the EPITOME of real estate, she is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in any situation! Carolyn goes above and beyond the call of duty, we had questions and she was amazingly already taking care of it. My husband and I not only found the BEST real estate agent but a wonderful friend too.

Carolyn was a joy to work with. She really knows the market and gave us informed advice always looking out for our best interests. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling property on the Treasure Coast.

My husband and I have been working with Carolyn for the past year. She is a consummate professional, with extensive knowledge of the market. She is personable and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is a pleasure to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Very responsive and cooperative.

Knowledgeable, professional, personable. She sold our home in 6 weeks at fair market value in early 2019.

Carolyn worked so hard to make sure my townhouse sold even with the Coronavirus going on. She was on top of the showings, and followed up with other realtors. She gave me great feedback on the showings. I was an out of state owner, and Carolyn really went above and beyond to check in on the property during the listing. I would highly recommend her to sell your property.

This is a long overdue review. Last year, Carolyn Mac Evoy listed, and sold, a house for me in Vero Beach.... A dear friend recommended Carolyn - saying I could rely completely on her professional manner and skill. He was right. Carolyn came in, took photos , had house listing up that night . Sold that week.(...) For once in my life, I had the sense to take the advice of someone who knew exactly what to do. She is dedicated, professional and real estate is her passion. It shows. Just call her!
