“This is a long overdue review. Last year, Carolyn Mac Evoy listed, and sold, a house for me in Vero Beach. It was a trying time as my mother had just passed away. An additional stress factor was hurricane Dorian threatening from the Bahamas on the week of scheduled closing date. My mother and I had built the house and lived there since 2005. It was chock full an extensive life time collection of shipwreck artifacts, furniture, books, and boat gear. The yard was tropical but overgrown. I have always handled business transactions myself. A dear friend recommended Carolyn – saying I could rely completely on her professional manner and skill. He was right. Carolyn came in, took photos , had house listing up that night . Sold that week. On target with negotiation and with the all important inspection process, and closing. With the hurricane scare, I had a boat to worry about and property in Bahamas. For once in my life, I had the sense to take the advice of someone who knew exactly what to do. She is dedicated, professional and real estate is her passion. It shows. Just call her!
