In 2005, Nystrom started in the housing business in Vero with a focus primarily in Beach rentals and swiftly found success. She started her own property management company and then three years later, she made a move to a larger company with a focus on sales. Now, coming full circle, she intends to create a better experience for both Landlords and Tenants while still continuing to skillfully help clients buy and sell homes.

Kathy graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a BA in Mass Communications, Political Science and a minor in French. She is a Sunday School teacher, tennis enthusiast and a former commuter airline pilot.
