Having previously managed residential homes and all types of commercial spaces including retail, medical/office condos, and warehouse/flex spaces, from 50,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet, CariAnn understands the key points when determining a property’s value based on comparison pricing, market trends, planning and zoning codes, regulations, and government agency requirements.

Originally from New Jersey CariAnn moved to South Florida in 1995 and to Vero Beach in 2006 where she found her forever home. When not working or traveling, CariAnn enjoys spending time with family and Indian
River County’s nature with its picture-perfect beaches, the Indian River Lagoon, equestrian shows and wetlands with endless wildlife viewing.
