FLORIDA Still A HUGE VALUE!

One of the best things about buying a primary or secondary home in Florida is that your property tax bill should be lower than many states. That helps save money on a fixed cost that you have to build into your budget. And Florida utility bills, even in the hot, hot summer months with the air conditioners cranking away, are much lower than a winter heating bill –either electric, gas or oil fuel. So saving money is one way to see benefits of a move to Florida.

Another big selling feature of our Treasure Coast, Florida market –is that compared to other Florida areas, the mid-northern section on the East Coast where we are located, has lots of open space, coast lines, and some absolutely gorgeous homes. New amenities and old ones –like breweries, fabulous restaurants, great shops and many water sport activities also mean –you might spend more time out of the home and doing things you enjoy for more months of the year.

Gardening. One thing I try not to take for granted. We are basically a tropical climate. And that means –if you want to grow fancy flowering plants like Bougainvillea, or Mandevillea, Orchids and Jasmine–you can do that–easily and with almost no care. I like having a gardenia blooming in my patio, all year long.

Florida, like the old Honda car slogan said …well, “it sells itself!,” and that is what we think of when we sell homes, land, buildings or businesses here. Yes, you want to know the features and benefits of each home and how valuable a land or business asset is in your portfolio–but really –location! location! location!

We have some really nice properties we are marketing right now for our wonderful sellers and landlords.

We love what we do here, and look forward to serving you and your friends and family.

Have a Wonderful September!
