Why I became a Realtor And Why I Love it

1. The thrill of the hunt!
I love hearing what a client wants to find in a home, or with a land purchase or even with a building purchase. Finding a client the perfect place and seeing their face light up with joy is what matters to me most about this job. Being able to pick through thousands and thousands of available homes and buildings and custom pick one for my client is what makes my world go round.

2. Saving or Making My Clients Lots of Money!
I love when a client has owned a property for a while, and then says, “I’m ready to sell, what can you get me for it.” My job is to net them the absolute highest sale price possible, no matter what market we are in. Making someone else wealthy is a thrill like none other. Feeling somewhat responsible for that wealth creation is a wild high and so inspiring. And in turn, when a buyer comes in and says –“I need to stick to a low budget, what is the BEST possible property for me?” Then, I love finding them a gem, a dream property–and doing it all on a shoe string. I love brainstorming with them about improvements and ways to maximize their dollar value.

3. Being Able to Help Someone Discover a New Neighborhood or Town’s Amenities!
It is so much fun, when we have someone arrive from another state or town, and they want to know why they should buy into one of the communities we serve on the Treasure Coast area of Florida. I get the fabulous job of giving them tours and showing them all the fun things there are to do and see and have, right here. I am grateful to live in an area where there are beaches and gorgeous shops and great restaurants and breweries and art museums and galleries, plus an unlimited amount of outdoor activities.

4. Being able to share a few decades worth of real estate brokerage experience!
Having grown up in the business with a Dad who was a NJ Broker, I have literally been in the business for nearly a half century, and active for 26 years. I have seen ups and downs and the insides and outsides of thousands of properties. With many, many closed transactions –I have
learned, sometimes the hard way, how to avoid problems and save my clients from headaches and expenses. I love to share that and help people.

5. Being able to work with fantastic and interesting people, that I would not have met
otherwise!
What a miracle it is that people enter my life –and I get to learn all about them and share important moments with them. They tell me their lives and let me help them and their spouses and families to find good housing or a new business location. What an honor and joy
to help them grow and expand and succeed.

I hope to continue in this marvelous business and to help you or someone you know to find a real gem on the Treasure Coast of Florida –in towns that we serve, like Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fellsmere, Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Grant, Stuart or Jensen Beach.
